No 17 located in the mature township with ready build community. The client was looking to enhance his residence by utilizing large piece of empty land next to his residence.

We carefully craved out and reoriented the spaces to create a new celebration space overlooking the central garden.  We created a monumented double volume façade and oversize pivot window to represent the grandness of the new annex.
